Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended — but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Delivery Delays

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

• Photos (if damaged)
• A brief description of the issue
